The portfolio includes approximately 7,000 residential units in the largest cities of the Ruhr area as well as in the Rhineland, such as Duisburg, D\u00fcsseldorf, Essen, Oberhausen, and Dortmund. This takeover follows the sale of the portfolio by Adler Group S.A. to OCP.<\/p>\n
