Pro Haus Plus GmbH, our subsidiary, has immediately assumed property management responsibilities for Orange Capital Partners’ (OCP) growing real estate portfolio in North Rhine-Westphalia. The portfolio includes approximately 7,000 residential units in the largest cities of the Ruhr area as well as in the Rhineland, such as Duisburg, Düsseldorf, Essen, Oberhausen, and Dortmund. This takeover follows the sale of the portfolio by Adler Group S.A. to OCP.

The acquisition of OCP’s portfolio follows an extensive transition phase, ensuring that the management is seamlessly and sustainably optimized. The collaboration between Pro Haus Plus GmbH, OCP, and the asset manager Aam2core is focused on long-term success.
